Common Questions

Not necessarily. We assess whether Kubernetes is the right fit for your workload and team maturity. For some teams, ECS, Cloud Run, or App Service is a better answer. We recommend what is right — not what is fashionable.

Only if they are a genuine bottleneck. We prefer to evolve existing pipelines where possible, adding security gates, OIDC auth, and reliability improvements rather than starting from scratch.

A basic CI/CD improvement is 2–4 weeks. A full Kubernetes platform with GitOps and an IDP is 8–12 weeks. We deliver value incrementally so your teams benefit immediately, not only at the end.

DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to restore, and change failure rate. We baseline these at engagement start and track them throughout. Improvement is the objective.
